Refund policy

Prints

We offer full refund or exchanges if the print was damaged during the transit. Please visit our contact page and get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will ask for photos of the damage, and if the issue qualifies for a replacement, we will ask you to return the print in its original packaging (box or tube) before proceeding with the refund or replacement.

Original Artworks

Original artworks are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to a change of mind. However, if your original artwork is damaged during transit, please reach out to us via the contact page within 48 hours of delivery. We will request photos of the damage, and if approved for a refund, we will ask to return the original artwork in its packaging (box or tube) before proceeding with the refund.
